President & Founder
Ed has more than 20 years of experience in leading large organizations and large programs. His background is in IT, Supply Chain, Strategy and Operations Analysis. He's also a Ph.D. candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University, pursuing a degree in Systems Modeling and Analysis -- focused on applying game theory to multi-objective and multi-stakeholder decisions.
With thousands of hours of flying with the US Navy and hundreds of landings on aircraft carriers, Ed knows what it means to make decisions in the moment. But years with organizations big and small has steeped Ed in the subtleties of team performance and decision-making -- with a little more time.
Ed guides leaders to bring their teams to a new level of performance. His PhD research focused on group decision-making and cracking the code on what others call irrational behavior. Ed focuses on how that behavior can be harnessed to bring the team to a higher level of performance. Read his article on The Leadership Bubble.

Lauren is an artist, critical thinker, and lover of ideas. Most days you'll find her working at the intersection of organizational engagement and business development. She uses design thinking methods to comprehensively understand a company's culture, identifying its unique opportunities and obstacles to inform best practices for engaging stakeholders. Her work managing non-profit teams, scaling startups, and mentoring entrepreneurs has spanned many sectors and thus provides her a multi-faceted lens by which to evaluate the developmental needs of business owners and their communities and informs how she advises business development tactics.
For fun, Lauren races sailboats, asks a lot questions, and is always on the lookout for new tchotchkes to add to her bag of tricks. If Lauren was a color, she'd be lapis blue.

Kristan has a deep passion for humankind. Whether in personal or professional life she is there for her people, her tribe.
Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Kristan spent much of her childhood competitively playing tennis for her local high school and summer league. Her claim to fame is while attending Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Florida, she had the chance to lose a game to the formidable Anna Kournikova.
In her initial 18-year career, Kristan worked with large corporations spanning multi-media sales, pharmaceutical sales, and project management. Her most recent years were spent as change influencer, agile guru, and team engagement coach within a Fortune 500 company in retail and commercial banking.
Her family then made the decision for Kristan’s very early retirement. She spent some much needed time at home with her family -- a loving and supportive husband, two rambunctious kids, and a sweet pup.
When approached several months ago to come back into the workforce with The Change Decision, she knew this wasn’t an opportunity she could turn down. Ed and Roxanne’s love for their people and work is undeniable. That sparked something in Kristan… joy. She wanted to be a part of something super special, and so, here she is.
