In between live sessions, you step through a progression of Joyful Management Essentials exercises to use in the real-world with videos to coach you through.

Five Weeks

Week 1: Workplace Wellness: Ways to lead and cultivate a culture of workplace wellness for yourself, your team and your colleagues.


Week 2: Emotions at Work: How to make it easy to talk about personal struggle, burnout and emotions at work so that it’s productive and safe for everyone.


Week 3: Feedback as Motivation: Learn to use feedback as a tool for inspiration, motivation and joy and see how that comes back to you.


Week 4: Reconnecting & Repairing: Ways to reconnect with people you’ve been separated from for a long time and how to repair and improve work relationships to a healthier place.


Week 5: Optimism Strategy: How to use an optimism strategy as an advantage as we transition to a post-pandemic workplace.

You’ll meet people from all walks of professional life and geographies. The number of attendees is kept small so you can have a real group discussion.

Psychological safety guides how we carry out the course so that you can explore, debate and focus on the joy of learning something new.

Although this is practical material, to expand your thinking, we do lots of thought experiments and creative play!
