Change and Joy in the Workplace September 13 - October 14, 2021

Change Certification Program

This 5-week virtual instructor-led course is approved by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) to fulfill the training required for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation. More importantly, this course gives you the tools and real hands-on experience of a Change Professional!

The Program:

  • Over 5 weeks, you work on a business case that builds as the course progresses.
  • Live Sessions are held twice a week:
    • Mondays, 4:00pm-6:00pm ET
    • Thursdays, 10:30am-12:30pm ET
  • A learning platform and instructional videos give you the full depth of the change process and a place to connect between Live Sessions.
  • Quizzes are given at the end of each week to test your knowledge and prepare you for the final exam for the course certification.
