Change Management Certification Program

This is the evergreen access to the 5-week virtual instructor-led course, which includes the tools and hands-on experience of a Change professional, including how to apply psychological safety, inclusion and workplace wellness in the context of change.

This training is approved by the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation.

Program Summary:

Over 5 weeks, you practice scenarios and work on a business case that builds as the weeks progress.

Live Sessions held twice a week plus an optional Q&A session.

Between Live Sessions, the learning platform gives you the full depth of the change process and a place to connect.

Knowledge checks are given at the end of each week to prepare you for the final exam.

At the end of the course you'll have 18 templates and guides (both in Microsoft and G-Suite formats), and a virtual collaboration toolset to use with your team.
