The Change Decision concept began in 2012 when Founders Roxanne Brown and Ed Cook first collaborated on a project while working at a Fortune 500 company. Each bringing their respective Change Management and Decision Analytics backgrounds, they quickly found a natural ability to problem solve and inspire. One transformational team success turned into two. Then three. And so on — until the time was ripe to venture into entrepreneurship and expand their reach.
Now, they’re guiding businesses and nonprofits through transformational change that helps everyone come out ahead. Not that they see this as work — inspiring teams into action is simply a product of their DNA.
