In this 2-week sprint, they walk you through their process over 6 sessions and break it down into practical steps. You end the sprint with a Change Measurement Plan that will compel leaders and stakeholders to take notice. Your instructors give you their proven tools and techniques to analyze, interpret, and present change data, to raise your reputation as a trusted advisor in the field of change.

Session 4

Analyze the Data: Apply analytics techniques using a free Excel tool add-on.

Session 5

Present the Data: Use data visualization to create your compelling change story reporting tool.

Session 6

Create Your Plan: Bring everything together in a documented Change Measurement Plan.

Roxanne Brown is a well-known change expert who spent years working inside a Fortune 100 company’s Data Center of Excellence leading change work for their data community. There she learned how to practically bring measurement to Change Management and pass the test of a highly-analytical and highly-skeptical audience. Roxanne is also the former President of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

Ed Cook is an experienced leader of large organizations and a former Navy pilot. He spent years as an analyst leading complex initiatives. He earned his PhD in Decision Analytics at Virginia Commonwealth University. Today Ed is a Professor at the University of Richmond, teaching graduate and undergraduate Analytics in the Robins School of Business.

Together they are on a quest to elevate the profession by making Change Measurement simple and accessible so others can use it to achieve their goals.
